More than 27 years after the Reçak Massacre, one of the most well-documented war crimes in Kosova and an event that directly influenced the course of the region’s history, Kosova’s law enforcement institutions continue their efforts to fully uncover the criminal responsibility of all those involved in crimes committed against ethnic Albanian civilians.
